Cleaner - Healthcare

Better places, thriving communities. We are looking for an experienced Cleaner in our healthcare division to deliver excellent service of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer. You will ensure the contract service delivery is of a high standard and meets all SLA agreements while adhering to the cleaning schedules. You should be capable of ensuring the hospital has a reputation for high-quality soft services and, where possible, look for opportunities to develop this further.You must build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations. You must always adhere to all Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures. You will be capable of working on your own initiative where appropriate. You must be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude. You must have the ability to work to a schedule, be a team player and strive for continuous improvements in service delivery.The ideal candidate would have cleaning experience; however training can be provided. You should have a full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and approved chemicals used by Mitie.Responsibilities

Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning in a healthcare environment to high standardsMeet all SLA agreements and adhere to cleaning schedulesBuild positive and productive working relationships with customers and colleaguesIdentify opportunities to develop and improve soft services where possibleWork with initiative, reliability and professionalismOperate within Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and proceduresQualifications
