Your new companyHays are looking for a welfare cleaner to start on a large, long-term contract with a tier 1 contractor within L11 area.Applicants must be located within 2 mile radius to L11 post code for social value target for this role.Hours: 8-12 hours per weekWorking Pattern: Monday and Thursday, 4-6 hours per shiftYour new roleCleaning and maintaining welfare facilities, including toilets, canteens, drying rooms, and communal areas.Ensuring all areas are kept clean, tidy, and safe for staff and visitors.Carrying out regular cleaning duties in line with site requirements and hygiene standards.Monitoring stock levels of cleaning products and consumables.Reporting shortages and assisting with ordering cleaning supplies to ensure adequate stock is always available.Identifying and reporting any maintenance or health and safety concerns.Following all site health and safety procedures at all times.What you''ll need to succeedPrevious cleaning experience, ideally within a construction, industrial, or commercial environment.Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent cleaning schedule.What you''ll get in returnIn return, you will get a long term contract covering 2 phases on a large new build housing project.What you need to do nowIf you''re interested in this role, click ''apply now'' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.If this ..... full job details .....
