We are looking for someone who takes real pride in their surroundings, notices the little things and enjoys creating a clean, welcoming and well-maintained environment for staff, clients and visitors.The RoleYou will be responsible for maintaining high standards throughout the building and surrounding areas, working independently and using your initiative to ensure the site always looks its best.Responsibilities will include:Cleaning meeting rooms, communal areas, kitchens, showers and washroomsMaintaining consistently high standards of cleanliness throughout the buildingRestocking cleaning products and essential suppliesKeeping kitchen areas, appliances and communal spaces clean and presentableLitter picking, sweeping and general external upkeepGrass cutting and light outdoor maintenance where requiredSupporting with car park and external area presentationIdentifying maintenance or repair issues and reporting them promptlyUsing initiative to identify areas requiring additional attentionCarrying out duties with minimal disruption to employees and visitorsProviding a friendly, professional and approachable presence on ..... full job details .....
