About The Role:

Blue Arrow are seeking a number of dedicated temp/ perm Cleaners to deliver a high-quality cleaning service in line with our client''s expectations. Areas covered include Blackpool/ Lytham St. Annes & Preston.
Key Responsibilities:

* Perform general and equipment cleaning as per scheduled instructions
* Deliver excellent customer service
* Follow service agreements, schedules, and instructions diligently
* Adhere to high standards of personal hygiene, uniform, and professional appearance
* Always adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Undertaking relevant training to enhance skills and performance
About You:

* Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous
* Knowledge of automated cleaning processes and commercial cleaning procedures
* Proactive and highly organised, with a keen eye for detail
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address issues systematically
* Excellent teamworking and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and handle pressure effectively
* Adaptable, resilient, and committed to maintaining a clean and safe environment
