Temporary School Cleaner

• Locations: St. Newlyn East Cornwall
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, between 3pm – 5.30pm (Paid 4 hours)
• Contract Type: Temporary ongoing
• Pay: 4 hours min shift per day
• £13.25 per hour.

You MUST have an in-date enhanced DBS on the child''s barred list.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented School Cleaner to support our cleaning team for an ongoing basis (dependant on our clients requirements). This role is critical in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our pupils, staff, and visitors.

• Cleaning of all classrooms, public and staff areas
• Toilets, kitchen, canteen, and office areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning classrooms, corridors, toilets, and other school areas.
• Emptying bins, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces.
• Following health and safety guidelines and school procedures.
• Reporting any issues or required maintenance.

Candidate Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS check with child workforce clearance is essential.
• Previous professional cleaning experience is desirable.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
