Caretaker / Facilities CleanerAnlaby, West Hull 14.00 per hour30-40 hours per weekMonday to FridayAdecco are recruiting for a reliable and proactive Caretaker / Facilities Cleaner to join a professional office site based in Anlaby.This is not just a standard cleaning position.Cleaning will form the main part of the role, but you will also help keep the wider site clean, tidy, safe and well presented. This will include basic caretaking duties, external upkeep, key handling and reporting any maintenance issues.We are looking for someone who takes real pride in their work, is comfortable working independently and can use their own initiative rather than needing constant supervision.What you''ll be doingYour day-to-day duties will include:Cleaning offices, meeting rooms and communal areasCleaning kitchens, toilets and shower facilitiesVacuuming, mopping, dusting and general cleaningEmptying bins and maintaining waste areasRestocking cleaning supplies and consumablesKeeping communal areas clean and presentableLitter picking around the grounds and car parkGeneral upkeep of garden and external areasGrass cutting and basic outdoor maintenanceCarrying out regular checks around the buildingReporting any maintenance faults, damage or safety concernsKey holding and assisting with access to the building when requiredHelping ensure the site remains secure, tidy and well maintainedSupporting with general caretaking duties as requiredThere may also be the opportunity to get involved ..... full job details .....
