Cleaner Responsibilities

As a Cleaner, your duties may include:

• General cleaning to a high standard
• Cleaning offices, schools, hospitals, care homes and commercial premises
• Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and polishing floors
• Cleaning washrooms, kitchens, communal areas and staff facilities
• Dusting and sanitising surfaces and touchpoints
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly
• Replenishing soap, paper towels and other consumables
• Following site cleaning schedules and health andamp; safety procedures
• Using cleaning equipment and cleaning products safely
• Reporting maintenance issues where required
• Maintaining excellent cleaning and hygiene standards

What We''re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Cleaner is essential
• Experience in commercial, domestic, industrial or hospitality cleaning is advantageous
• Good knowledge of cleaning methods and cleaning equipment
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• High attention to detail
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Drivers are preferred but not essential
