CLEANER and CARETAKER - CambridgePPM Recruitment are currently recruiting for X1 Cleaner and X1 CaretakerHours: 7:00am - 3:30pm Pay: 14.24 per hour including holiday pay Temporary to Permanent - the roles will become permanent following a successful probation period which is 13 to 15 weeks Job 1: CleanerWe are looking for a reliable, trustworthy and hardworking Cleaner to join our team.Requirements:Previous cleaning experience is essentialGood timekeeping and attendanceReliable and trustworthyFriendly and personable when working around members of the public and customersMust be happy to travel to CambridgeDuties will include:Cleaning and maintaining assigned areas to a high standardSweeping, mopping and vacuuming floorsCleaning toilets, kitchens and communal areasEmptying bins and disposing of waste correctlyDusting and wiping down surfacesReplenishing cleaning products and consumables when requiredReporting any maintenance issues, damage or hazardsFollowing health and safety and cleaning proceduresWorking professionally around members of the public and customers Job 2: CaretakerWe are also looking for a reliable Caretaker with a full UK driving licence.The successful candidate will need to be practical, dependable and comfortable working independently while maintaining high standards.Requirements:Previous caretaker, maintenance or similar experience preferredFull UK Clean Driving Licence is essentialReliable and punctualFriendly and professional approachComfortable working ..... full job details .....
