Cleaner & grounds Maintenance

A client of mine is looking for a Cleaner/ Grounds Maintenance Operative to join them on a part time basis for 20 hours per week. You will clean communal areas in residential blocks or apartments and also be responsible for keeping the external grounds tidy and well maintained. You must be able to drive as a requirement of the role.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Previous experience within a similar role with the general public

• Able to demonstrate a high level of customer care

• The ability and knowledge to carry out cleaning works using the appropriate equipment

• Carrying out Grounds Maintenance Tasks

• Cleaning Communal Areas in Residential Blocks

• Must be able to drive

• Ability to work with a minimum of supervision, prioritise tasks and co-operate with colleagues

• A willingness to undertake training as identified.
