Join our client''s team as a Cleaner and play a vital role in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for service users!What We Offer:Various locations across Leicester Full-time position (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)Opportunities for overtime based on business needsA supportive team environmentYour Responsibilities:As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for:Completing all cleaning tasks to a compliant standard within specified timeframesReporting completed cleans to your Line Manager and updating the systemEnsuring the safety of all service users while performing your dutiesUsing cleaning equipment and materials in accordance with guidelinesWearing provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during cleaning tasksNotifying the Maintenance Administration Department of any safety concernsChecking property reports (e.g., asbestos, dangerous persons) before starting workCleaning carpets using appropriate equipment and PPE as requiredCollaborating with team members across geographical areas to foster a ''one team'' approachCompleting mandatory training to ensure competency in your roleMaterials Management:Purchase materials only from approved suppliers, keeping receipts for accountabilityReplenish stock inventory as needed and update your Line ManagerWaste Disposal:Remove waste from properties and ensure it is disposed of in approved ..... full job details .....
