At Hightown Housing Association , we are looking for a Clean and Clear Operative to join our Asset Management team. This is an important role within our in-house voids team, helping us prepare homes for new residents by ensuring properties are cleared, cleaned and ready to let as quickly and efficiently as possible. About the Role As a Clean and Clear Operative, you will be responsible for clearing vacant properties, removing unwanted items and thoroughly cleaning homes to a lettable standard. You will work closely with our Multi-Trade Operatives and supervisors to ensure void properties are turned around efficiently, helping new residents move into their homes sooner.
