ResponsibilitiesUpper/Lower KS1 Delivery: Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across the KS1 curriculum (EYFS - Year 2).Subject Specialism: Take a lead or supportive role in a specific foundation subject across the Key Stage.Progress Tracking: Use data-driven insights to monitor pupil progress, ensuring all learners, including those with SEND and High Achievers-are sufficiently challenged.Behaviour Management: Maintain an inclusive and focused classroom atmosphere in line with KS1 abilities Essential Candidate RequirementsQualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.Proven experience teaching within a UK setting.A track record of raising attainment and supporting pupils through formal assessments.Excellent classroom management and communication skills.Two professional references covering your recent teaching experience.
