The school are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.The role as a Classroom Support Worker: To support students who struggle with their class workFacilitate a sun and friendly learning environmentTo provide support to the class teacherTo help the class teacher prepare lesson materials and classroom boardsTo keep the classroom a tidy and presentable environmentTo encourage children to do their bestHelp manage classroom behaviourListen to the children read and practice their phonicsThe successful Classroom Support Worker: You will need to be calm and compassionate. Personality is everything!You must be able to take initiative well and problem solveHave some experience working with children, desirable but not essentialYou must be patient.
