Classroom Assistant - Learning Difficulties (Primary SEN School)

The Role Responsibilities will include: Supporting children aged 4 11 with a variety of learning difficulties, including Autism, global developmental delay, and speech and language needs Assisting the class teacher in delivering fun, engaging, and differentiated lessons that meet each child s individual learning goals Providing one-to-one or small group support to help children develop key skills and confidence Using strategies such as visual supports, sensory play, and communication aids (training provided if needed) Encouraging positive behaviour, independence, and self-esteem in every pupil Supporting children during lessons, playtimes, and transitions throughout the school day Promoting a caring, structured, and inclusive classroom environment What We re Looking For Experience ..... full job details .....
