You will work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to deliver personalised support for pupils with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties. Your role will be key in creating a calm, positive, and inclusive learning environment where every child feels respected, understood, and encouraged to succeed.

Key Responsibilities as a Classroom Assistant:

• Collaborate with the class teacher to deliver dynamic and engaging lessons.
• Provide targeted support to students, both individually and in small groups, especially those with special educational needs (SEN).
• Create and maintain a positive, inclusive atmosphere that allows all students to excel.
• Support in maintaining a well-organised and safe classroom environment.
