We are working in partnership with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Corby that is seeking an enthusiastic Class Teacher to join their team from October Half Term 2026 on a maternity cover basis. • Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where all pupils can succeed
• Support pupils'' academic progress alongside their social and emotional development
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of pupils across a range of abilities
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing effective feedback to support development
• Promote positive behaviour, independence, confidence, and resilience
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and parents to achieve the best outcomes for pupils
• Contribute to the wider life of the school through enrichment activities, trips, and events

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Experience teaching within a UK primary school setting
• KS1 or KS2 experience desirable
• Strong understanding of the Primary National Curriculum
• A nurturing, enthusiastic, and adaptable approach to teaching and learning
• Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
• A commitment to raising pupil attainment and supporting the development of the whole child
