We are working in partnership with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Brackley that is seeking an enthusiastic Class Teacher to join their team from September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed educator who is passionate about inspiring young learners and supporting every child to achieve their full potential.
The school is ideally looking to appoint on a permanent basis, although long-term opportunities may also be considered for the right candidate.
Role Highlights:
- Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where all pupils can thrive
- Support both academic progress and pupils'' social and emotional development
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of pupils across a range of abilities
- Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress, providing clear and effective feedback
- Promote positive behaviour, independence, confidence, and resilience
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, and parents to support pupil outcomes
- Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment activities, trips, and events
About You:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Experience teaching within a UK primary school setting (KS1 or KS2 desirable)
- Strong understanding of the Primary National Curriculum
- A nurturing, enthusiastic, and adaptable approach to teaching and learning
- Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
- A strong commitment to raising pupil attainment and supporting whole-child development
- ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply and will receive full support and mentoring
