This role would suit a teacher with previous SEMH experience who is confident working with students who may have struggled within mainstream education. You will take responsibility for teaching a Key Stage 3 class across a primary-style curriculum, providing a consistent and structured approach that helps students re-engage with learning. Strong classroom management skills are essential. You will need to be confident setting clear boundaries, managing challenging behaviour and building positive relationships with students.
