The school provides a supportive and nurturing learning environment for pupils with a range of complex additional needs, with an experienced multidisciplinary team working together to help every pupil achieve their full potential.The school is looking to appoint a full-time, permanent Class Teacher from September. The successful Class Teacher will plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for pupils with Severe Learning Difficulties / SLD, Autism / ASD, ADHD and Attachment Disorder, adapting teaching to individual needs while supporting academic progress, independence and personal development.The successful Class Teacher will have:• Qualified Teacher Status / QTS.• Proven experience working with children and young people with SEND.• Knowledge and understanding of Autism / ASD, ADHD, Severe Learning Difficulties / SLD and Attachment Disorder.• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.• Excellent ..... full job details .....
