This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with a range of special educational needs and disabilities, helping them to achieve their full potential in a supportive and nurturing environment.Our schools caters for pupils with diverse learning needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN), and moderate to severe learning difficulties.The RoleAs a SEND Teacher, you will:Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual pupil needs.Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.Develop and implement Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) targets.Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, families, and external agencies.Monitor, assess, and celebrate pupil progress and achievements.Support pupils'' social, emotional, communication, and independence skills.Foster a culture of high expectations, respect, and inclusion.We Are Looking For Someone Who:Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.Has experience working with children ..... full job details .....
