Are you a Primary or EYFS Teacher considering a move into specialist education?

I''m looking for teachers in Aylesbury who can bring a practical, creative approach to supporting pupils with complex needs. Applications are welcome from teachers interested in primary SEND roles and those open to using their skills within a specialist secondary setting.

Your experience of early communication, developmental learning, routines and breaking tasks into manageable steps could be particularly valuable.

The role will involve:

• Planning learning around pupils'' individual needs and developmental levels.

• Adapting activities for pupils with autism and communication difficulties.

• Working closely with Teaching Assistants to deliver consistent support.

• Building communication, independence and emotional regulation into the school day.

Pupils may also have mobility and personal care needs, so you''ll need to be comfortable working within a team that supports these.

Previous employment in a SEND school is not essential. Relevant teaching experience, patience and a willingness to adapt are key.
