• Has experience and a strong commitment to working with children of all abilities
• Is a good or outstanding classroom practitioner, confident in meeting all professional standards

• Holds high expectations for themselves and their pupils
• Possesses excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
• Is a strong team player, ready to collaborate and share best practice

Skills and Experience Required:

• Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent
• Graduate status or equivalent
• Evidence of a commitment to continuing professional development
• Experience of working with children 3 -11 years old
• Experience as a highly effective class teacher
