      <description>Location: Bury | Salary: &amp;pound;90 - &amp;pound;110/day | Type: Contract | Teaching Assistant (Class-Based) - Primary / SEN Schools  Location: Bury Agency: Aspire People Contract Type: Full-time / Long-term (with potential for permanent opportunities) Start Date: ASAP  Aspire People are currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to work across primary and SEN school settings in Bury.   This is a class-based role supporting pupils across a range of year groups, with a strong focus on supporting children with Special Educational Needs.  The Role: -Supporting teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 -Providing targeted support to pupils with SEN (including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs) -Working closely with class teachers and SENCOs to deliver individual support plans -Leading small group interventions and offering 1:1 support where required -Promoting positive behaviour, engagement, and inclusion within the classroom  Requirements: -A recognised Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 preferred) -Previous experience working in a school-based TA role -Strong SEN experience is essential -Confidence working across different primary age groups -A patient, adaptable and proactive approach to supportin...</description>
