This is a class-based role supporting pupils across a range of year groups, with a strong focus on supporting children with Special Educational Needs. The Role: -Supporting teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 -Providing targeted support to pupils with SEN (including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs) -Working closely with class teachers and SENCOs to deliver individual support plans -Leading small group interventions and offering 1:1 support where required -Promoting positive behaviour, engagement, and inclusion within the classroom Requirements: -A recognised Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 preferred) -Previous experience working in a school-based TA role -Strong SEN experience is essential -Confidence working across different primary age groups -A patient, adaptable and proactive approach to supportin...
