About the Role

As a Class 2 Tipper Driver based in Newcastle-under-Lyme, you will operate heavy goods vehicles for a busy transport operation. This full-time temporary position offers £17.00 to £19.05 per hour. Your duties include delivering aggregates, completing muckaway and site-to-site haulage, performing daily vehicle checks, and securing loads per regulations. Excellent customer service at sites is expected. Applicants need a valid Class 2 (Category C) licence, at least one year of Class 2 driving experience, essential tipper or skip experience, and a current CPC and Digital Tacho card. A reliable, professional attitude is required.

Class 2 Tipper Driver
We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 2 Tipper Driver to join a busy and growing transport operation based in Stoke-on-Trent.
Key Responsibilities of this Class 2 / HGV 2 Role:

Operating HGV Class 2 tipper vehicles safely and efficiently
Delivering and collecting aggregates
Completing muckaway and site-to-site haulage operations
Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting defects promptly
Ensuring loads are secure and compliant with transport regulations
Providing excellent customer service when attending sites and deliveries

For this Class 2 Tipper Role, you will need:

Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
Minimum 1 year Class 2 driving experience
Tipper / Skip experience essential
Valid CPC & Digital Tacho card
Reliable and professional attitude
Experience within aggregates, construction, or muckaway sectors

Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 0600 starts
Salary: £17.00 PAYE
