We are seeking a reliable Class 2 Recovery Driver to handle the safe retrieval and transport of disabled or damaged vehicles.Whether you are an experienced recovery operator or a professional driver looking to start a new career, we want to hear from you. Full specialist recovery training will be provided for the right candidate.Working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern with either 10am-10pm and 12pm-12am shifts. Key Responsibilities Vehicle Recovery: Safely and efficiently loading, securing, and transporting disabled or damaged vehicles using Class 2 flatbed recovery trucks. Technical Assessment: Inspecting vehicles on-site for mechanical issues and, where possible, performing basic roadside assistance. Professional Communication: Acting as a calm and professional point of contact for clients at the roadside and coordinating effectively with our dispatch team. Safety and Compliance: Adhering to all road safety regulations, securing loads to industry standards, and maintaining accurate tacho-graph records. Requirements Licensing: You must possess a valid driving license suitable for 7.5T and Class 2 vehicles. Compliance: A valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card are essential.
