Class 2 Self employed

We have a construction company in Redditch who due to a recent increase in demand and projects coming on board with tier 1 contractors, they have a requirement to increase their number of Class 2 drivers.

It is Monday- Friday with a day rate of between -150 and -180 dependant on exp.

Daily duties and responsibilities:

• Start time between 06:00 and 07:00.
• You will then be driving to a site in the country with materials on the back.
• Once there you will be expected to help with unloading but not putting up any of the materials.
• You will then return to the yard and be done for the day.

Ideal candidate:

• No more than 6 points on their license. (Required)
• Have a CSCS card. (Ideal)
• Have a CISRS card. (Ideal)
• At least 12 months experience as a class 2 driver is desirable however dependant on background we are open to new passes.

Benefits:

• Day rate of between -150-180 per day as a sole trader or self-employed LTD.
• Funded training for drivers to obtain their CSCS card and their CSCS card which in turn will result in increased pay.
• Progression to becoming a team leader which in turn will see a day rate of -250.

Process:

1. Register with HR Employment bureau where we will check compliance.
2. Be booked into a trial shift where you will be paid the day rate for your work.
3. If it is then for you and they are happy with yourself, you go straight over to them.
