The successful candidate will be responsible for attending breakdowns, accidents, and vehicle recovery requests, safely transporting vehicles using specialist recovery equipment. Excellent customer service skills and a calm, professional attitude are essential. Key Responsibilities Attend roadside breakdowns and accident scenes to recover vehicles safely. Operate  Class 2 recovery vehicles  including slide beds, spec lifts, or heavy recovery trucks. Load, secure, and transport vehicles in accordance with company procedures and road safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service to members of the public, breakdown customers, and insurance clients. Complete job reports, paperwork, and digital logs accurately. Carry out daily vehicle checks and basic maintenance of recovery equipment. Liaise with control rooms, police, and emergency services when required.
