Class 2 HIAB Driver

The Best Connection (Newcastle) are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Class 2 (Cat C) HIAB Driver for our long-standing client based in the Benton area.This is a fantastic opportunity for a driver looking for consistent, ongoing work with a reputable construction equipment specialist. The Role:Safe operation of a Class 2 vehicle.Delivering and collecting non-mechanical plant and formwork equipment to construction sites across the North East.Operating the HIAB crane for loading/unloading (Remote or Manual).Ensuring all loads are secure and paperwork is completed accurately.Adhering to all tachograph and road safety regulations.Candidate Requirements:Valid Category C (Class 2) Licence.Valid ALLMI or ITSSAR HIAB certificate (Remote or Manual).Up-to-date CPC and Digital Tachograph card.No more than 6 points for minor offences (No DD/DR/IN).Good knowledge of the North East road network.Pay and Hours: 16.50 per hour (Flat rate).Monday to Friday.Typical start times from 07:00 - 08:00.Minimum 8 hours paid per day.Benefits of working with The Best Connection:Weekly pay (Every Friday).28 days paid annual leave (Pro-rata).Pension scheme.Online payslips and easy registration process.To apply, please send your CV or call our Newcastle branch today for more information!The Best Connection is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy. ..... full job details .....
