Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 2 (Cat C) HIAB Driver to work for a well-established building materials company based in Coalville.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HIAB driver looking for ongoing work, competitive pay and the opportunity to work with a reputable company.
🚚 The RoleAs a Class 2 HIAB Driver, you will be responsible for delivering building materials to customers, businesses and construction sites.
Your duties will include:

Driving a Class 2 (Cat C) HGV vehicle
Operating a HIAB crane to load and unload materials
Delivering building materials safely and efficiently
Completing deliveries to customer and construction sites
Securing loads correctly
Completing relevant delivery paperwork
Carrying out daily vehicle checks
Providing excellent customer service
Following all Drivers' Hours, WTD and health & safety regulations

Tramping is not compulsory, although there may be opportunities for overnight stays for drivers who would like them.
✅ RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you will need:

Valid Class 2 (Cat C) HGV licence
Previous HIAB experience
Valid HIAB qualification/certificate
Valid CPC
Valid Digital Tachograph Card
Good understanding of Drivers' Hours regulations
Good driving record
Reliable and professional attitude
Comfortable with customer-facing deliveries
