About the Role
Manpower UK seeks Class 2 HIAB Drivers for its Wythenshawe operation, delivering building materials and similar goods to commercial and residential sites across Manchester. Working Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 16:00 with a paid 45-minute break, the role involves operating Category C vehicles fitted with HIAB cranes, plus safe loading and unloading. Duties cover vehicle checks, paperwork and courteous service at each drop. Applicants need a valid Class 2 licence, CPC and digital tachograph card, a HIAB certificate, sound knowledge of driver hours and transport rules, and prior crane experience. Pay reaches £21.50 hourly, overtime is offered, and temp-to-perm progression is possible.

The Role
- Operating Class 2 vehicles fitted with HIAB equipment
- Delivering building materials and other products to commercial and residential sites
- Safe loading, unloading, and operation of HIAB cranes
- Completing vehicle checks and relevant paperwork
- Providing excellent customer service at delivery locations
Shifts
- Monday - Friday
- 07:00am - 16:00pm (45 Minutes paid break and overtime available)
Rate
- £21.50 per hour
The Ideal Candidate
- Valid Category C (Class 2) Licence
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- HIAB Certificate
- Good understanding of driver hours and road transport regulations
- Previous HIAB driving experience
