Class 2 HIAB Driver (Cat C)

We are currently recruiting for experienced Class 2 (Cat C) HIAB Drivers -with brick grab and hook experience to work for a-reputable building merchant. -

This is an ongoing temporary, with the potential to become a permanent position based on performance, reliability and suitability for the role.

Duties will include:

• Driving a Class 2 rigid vehicle to-customer locations.
• Operating the HIAB crane to load and unload materials safely.
• Delivering building-materials, Using Brick grab/ Hook HIAB.-
• Carrying out vehicle and HIAB safety checks before and after shifts.
• Ensuring loads are correctly secured and transported safely.
• Assisting with the safe positioning and unloading of materials on site.
• Completing delivery paperwork and maintaining accurate records.
• Maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach when dealing with customers and site staff.
• Following all relevant company, road safety and site health & safety procedures

You will have:

• Class 2 (C) entitlement for over 12 months.
• Valid CPC & Digi Tacho card
• Proof of Right to work in the UK (birth certificate or Passport)
• No DR10 endorsements on driving record
• Safety boots and Hi-vis
• Possession of a valid Full UK License with no more than 6 points
