This is a fantastic opportunity offering great rates of pay and room to grow and progress.This position is ideal for applicants looking for a role as a LGV Class 2 Driver, Category C Driver or Truck Driver.Shifts: Mornings or Afternoons (Various shifts available)Pay rate: £15.50 - £16.00 per hourBenefitsExcellent Hourly Rates Ongoing Work Weekly Pay Overtime Available Temporary to Permanent Opportunity Immediate Starts Day to Day Duties Your duties as a Class 2 Driver will involve but not limited to: Operate and drive a Class 2 vehicle in a safe and efficient manner to and from delivery locations - Some Building Sites - All Curtain sided work Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Ensure all cargo is loaded and secured properly. Adhere to traffic laws and regulations. Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers. Maintain accurate records of shipment, mileage, and fuel consumption. Report any vehicle defects or maintenance needs to management. Essential Skills As a Class 2 Driver you will need to: Hold a valid UK C Class - Class 2 LicenceMust have strapping experienceHave a minimum of 6 months experience driving a Class 2 vehicle. No more than 6 penalty points and no major endorsement codes. Have an in-date UK CPC Card and UK Digi Card. Must be able to speak and read a certain level of English. ..... full job details .....
