Class 2 Drivers

Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for Class 2 Refuse Drivers in and around Derby.Main responsibilities will include:Carry out refuse and recycling collections daily, with skills and knowledge of all machinery aspects of the jobUndertake all duties in a professional manner deploying safe lifting and handling techniques appropriate to articles left for removalUse in-cab technology and mobile devices as directedComplete relevant paperwork in real timeCarry out daily inspections and reporting for machinery and vehicles, before and after useEnsure the cleanliness of machinery and vehicles.Maintain excellent customer and client relations, particularly with members of the public and other motor usersWillingness to help refuse loaders while on your rounds to enable your team to complete the route within the service level agreementWhat you''ll need to succeedValid HGV Class 2 driving licence (with no more than 6 points)Driver CPCGood communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivatedWillingness to undertake tasksClean drivers licence desirable for all staffBenefitsHoliday accrual- which can be paid out at any timeGain valuable experience working for a reputable companyWeekly PayASAP starts availablePension SchemeOvertime and Shift Premiums availableThe hours for the role are Monday - Friday 6.30am to 3pm.The hourly rate for this position is starting from £15.74This is a long term, ongoing opportunity.For further information, please contact Ella at Berry Recruitment, ..... full job details .....
