Class 2 Driver

Working hours: 6:00am start, typically finishing between 3:00pm and 5:00pm

Location: Multiple delivery areas, including Central London

Job description

We are currently recruiting experienced and reliable Class 2 Drivers to join a busy, fast-paced multi-drop delivery operation.

This role involves delivering to multiple customers across various locations, including Central London. The successful candidate will be professional, physically fit and confident working under pressure while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out multi-drop deliveries across various locations.

• Safely load, unload and handle goods throughout the day.

• Provide excellent face-to-face customer service at every delivery.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and the transport team.

• Complete deliveries efficiently while following route instructions and delivery schedules.

• Maintain high standards of safety, accuracy and professionalism.

• Work effectively in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Valid Category C (Class 2) driving licence.

• Valid Driver CPC and digital tachograph card.

• Previous multi-drop delivery experience is preferred.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Confidence driving in busy locations, including Central London.

• Physically fit and comfortable with regular lifting and unloading.

• Reliable, punctual and professional.

Recruitment process

All candidates must attend a face-to-face interview, followed by a one-day induction and trial to assess their suitability for the role.
