Class 2 DriverLocation: Reading (Theale area)Salary: From £33,500 - £35,000 per annumJob Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are recruiting on behalf of our client, a busy distribution company based in the Theale area of Reading, who are looking to add an experienced Class 2 Driver to their team.This is a multi-drop delivery role, working within a fast-paced distribution environment. Standard working hours are initially 06:30 - 15:30 with a 1-hour unpaid break, although flexibility is required as start and finish times may vary to meet business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesComplete multi-drop deliveries safely and efficiently.Work to scheduled delivery times while maintaining a high standard of customer service.Carry out daily vehicle checks and comply with all transport legislation.Complete delivery paperwork accurately.Undertake additional warehouse or operational duties as required.Represent our client professionally when interacting with customers and members of the public.RequirementsMinimum 2 years'' Class 2 (Category C) driving experience.Valid Driver CPC qualification.Valid digital tachograph driver''s card.Previous multi-drop delivery experience.Experience working to delivery schedules.Excellent attention to detail.Strong customer service and communication skills.Flexible and reliable approach to work.Ability to work independently and use initiative.A team player with a positive attitude.Ideally no more than 3 penalty points on your driving licence.Salary and BenefitsFrom ..... full job details .....
