Class 2 Driver

HGV Class 2 Driver - Southampton Pure Staff are currently recruiting for an experienced HGVClass 2 Driver to work with one of our valued clients based in Southampton. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and professional HGV Class 2 driver looking for ongoing work, competitive pay, and a supportive working environment. The Role As a HGVClass 2 Driver, you will be responsible for completing multi-drop work to customers across your designated route. Start times tend to be between 0300 and 0600am. This role involves delivering refrigerated goods therefore candidates must be comfortable carrying out some handball, load securing and multi-drop delivery with a refrigerated vehicle . This is a customer-facing role, requiring a professional attitude and excellent communication skills when representing both Pure Staff and our client. Key Responsibilities Deliver refrigerated goods to existing customer base Multi drop Scan and record deliveries Manual Handling - Load Securing What We''re Looking For To be considered for this HGV Class 2 Driver position you''ll need: A valid UK Category C / Class 2 Licence A valid Driver CPC / DQC A valid Digital Tachograph Card Previous HGV Class 2 driving experience No more than 6 penalty points on your licence Confidence with strapping and securing loads Good understanding of load security Good knowledge of Drivers'' Hours and Working Time regulations A professional, reliable and safety-conscious attitude Pay Rates £17 per hour ..... full job details .....
