About the Role
As a Class 2 Driver based in Stoke-on-Trent, you will operate a heavy goods vehicle for a local client, completing deliveries to pubs, clubs, and restaurants. This full-time, temporary role involves approximately 15 to 25 drops per day, working alongside a Driver’s Mate to ensure items reach customers safely and punctually. Shifts run Monday to Friday, offering regular ongoing work. You must hold a full UK driving licence with no more than six points, plus valid CPC and Digi Card. The hourly rate is £17.00 via PAYE or £19.05 via an umbrella company. This position provides valuable delivery experience within the local area.

Pertemps Stoke are currently recruiting for Class 2 Drivers to work out of their client based in Stoke on Trent
For this Class 2 / HGV 2 Drivers role you will be responsible for:
- Driving a Class 2 vehicle delivering to customers across the local area
- Working alongside a Driver’s Mate to assist with deliveries
- Completing approximately 15–25 drops per day
- Ensuring deliveries are completed safely, professionally, and on time
- Delivering to Pubs, Clubs and Restaurants
- Full UK Driving Licence
- No more than 6 points
- CPC & Digi Card
- £17.00 per hour PAYE
- £19.05 per hour PAYE Via Umbrella
- Monday to Friday shifts
- Regular ongoing work
