We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Class 2 Driver to join a busy distribution operation based in Warrington. This is an excellent opportunity for drivers looking for consistent, ongoing work with a structured rota and competitive pay rates.
What You’ll Be Doing As The Class 2 Driver:
- Completing store deliveries across a designated route
- Handling chilled and perishable goods with care
- Carrying out approximately 6 drops per shift
- Using roll cages to unload deliveries into store areas
- Ensuring all deliveries meet scheduled time windows
What We’re Looking For In The Class 2 Driver:
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
- At least 6 months’ Class 2 driving experience
- Up-to-date Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card
- Clean and safe driving record (no major endorsements)
Pay & Details:
- £16.22 per hour (PAYE)
- Overtime paid at £24.33 per hour after 48 hours
- Start times vary between AM (0100-0500) and PM (1400-2100)
- Average shift length of around 12 hours
- Regular weekly shifts with a consistent rota
