Newly qualified drivers accepted Class 2 Day Driver Location: Bedford Pay Rate: £18.32 per hour Job Type: Full-Time Days Monday to Friday Temp to Perm Opportunity Class 2 Day Driver Immediate Start We are recruiting experienced Class 2 (Category C) Drivers to join a busy brewery distribution operation based in Bedford. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and professional drivers looking for ongoing work with a genuine temp to perm pathway for the right candidates. Working as part of a two-person crew, you will deliver beer, kegs, casks and other brewery products to pubs, bars, restaurants and licensed premises across the region. This is a physically demanding, customer-facing role involving multi-drop deliveries and manual handling. Key Responsibilities Complete daily vehicle safety checks before leaving the depot Carry out multi-drop deliveries to customers safely and efficiently Work alongside a Driver''s Mate to unload kegs, casks and packaged products Collect empty kegs, returns and reusable containers where required Ensure all delivery paperwork is completed accurately Deliver excellent customer service at every stop Comply with Driver Hours, Working Time Directive and Tachograph regulations Report vehicle defects, delivery issues or incidents promptly Follow all Health and Safety procedures and company policies Requirements ..... full job details .....
