Class 2 Driver

Job description: MET Logistics are currently recruiting for a skilled and reliable HGV class 2 driver for our client based in Tamworth. This role is a straight temp to perm.Competitive Pay: £15 - £16.50 / Time and a half after 40 hours. Once permanent, salary is £29500.Regular Work: Monday - FridayShifts: 0600 start times.Variety: Class 2 DrivingRole : Delivery and collections of builders merchants materials and construction products using a flat bedFor the first 2 weeks, you will be trunking between their depot in Tamworth and Scunthorpe.After initial 2 weeks, you will then be out on the road doing deliveries and collections nationwide.No handball Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence with Category C (1 years on licence)Valid Driver Tachograph Card and CPC CardPrevious Class 2 ExperienceA positive attitude and willingness to handle goods efficiently.
