This temporary role pays £14.87 per hour, rising to £22.30 for overtime. Responsibilities include performing pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring roadworthiness, and reporting defects. Job Responsibilities

Operate Class 2 (Category C) vehicles safely and efficiently to collect waste water across designated routes in Brecon, Abergavenny and surrounding areas and return to treatment works
Ensure timely collection and disposal of waste, maintaining high standards of customer service.
Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure road worthiness and report any defects or issues.
Adhere to all relevant road safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Accurately complete delivery documentation and logs, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
Assist with loading and unloading goods as required, ensuring proper handling and securing.
Maintain a professional appearance and behaviour when representing the company to clients and the public.

Required Skills andamp; Qualifications

Valid UK Category C (Class 2) driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
Previous experience operating Class 2 tanker vehicles is preferred.
Good knowledge of South Wales road networks, especially in Brecon and Abergavenny areas.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Commitment to safety and compliance with all legal and company standards.
Physical fitness to handle loading/unloading tasks
