Class 2 Driver

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable Class 2 HGV Driver to join a growing operation based in Avonmouth.

This is a customer-facing role where you''ll be responsible for collecting used cooking oil and related products from commercial customers while delivering fresh supplies. You''ll be representing the business on a daily basis, so excellent customer service skills and a professional attitude are essential.

The Role

As a Class 2 Driver, your responsibilities will include:

Collecting used cooking oil and fats from customer premises
Delivering fresh products to customers
Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong customer relationships
Completing vehicle checks and ensuring compliance with transport regulations
Following planned routes efficiently and safely
Using a smartphone or tablet to complete basic administration and delivery records
Managing between 15 and 25 customer visits per day

This is a physically demanding role involving the lifting and movement of barrels, so a good level of fitness is required.

What We''re Looking For

Valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence
Driver CPC qualification
Digital Tachograph Card
No more than 3 penalty points
