Manpower is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Class 2 (Category C) Driver based in Avonmouth. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company offering full-time hours, ongoing work, and the chance to secure a permanent position.
The Role
As a Class 2 Driver, you will be delivering kitchens and kitchen units to both residential and commercial customers. You''ll work alongside a driver''s mate to complete deliveries safely and efficiently. This is a physically demanding role, so you must be comfortable with regular manual handling and heavy lifting.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver kitchens and related products to customers across the region
- Work closely with a driver''s mate to complete deliveries
- Load and unload kitchen units and associated products
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and complete delivery paperwork
- Provide a professional and friendly service to customers
- Follow all company health and safety procedures
What We''re Looking For
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence
- Driver CPC qualification
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Good level of physical fitness for manual handling
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious approach
- Newly qualified Class 2 drivers are encouraged to apply
