About the Role

This Class 2 Driver role based in Avonmouth offers a temporary contract with the potential to become permanent. Working Monday to Friday, the successful candidate will deliver pallets of paint to retail customers, ensuring timely and safe transportation. A valid Class 2 licence and relevant driving experience are essential, alongside strong knowledge of tachograph rules and vehicle checks. The position pays up to £17 per hour. What you''ll do on a typical day:

On average 6 to 10 drops per day, primarily to shops and warehouses. Delivering pallets of paint to retail customers.
Using an electric pump truck for unloading
All deliveries are palletized; very little manual handling required.
Ensuring PDA is up to date with all delivery notes completed

Requirements:

Valid Class 2 (Category C) license.
Experience with multidrop deliveries is beneficial.
Ability to operate a tail lift and electric pump truck safely - training can be given.
A valid CPC and Digital Tacho card.
