About the Role

Manpower UK is recruiting a reliable Class 2 Driver for a busy operation based in Avonmouth. This temporary position offers up to £17.75 per hour and has the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. Newly qualified drivers are welcome to apply. The role involves delivering kitchens and kitchen units to residential and commercial customers, working alongside a driver's mate. Duties include loading and unloading heavy materials, performing vehicle checks, completing delivery paperwork, and providing excellent customer service. This position is physically demanding and requires regular heavy lifting. Applicants should hold a valid Class 2 licence and be comfortable with manual handling.

You will be responsible for delivering kitchens and kitchen units to both residential and commercial customers, working alongside a driver''s mate. The role is physically demanding and involves regular heavy lifting.

Duties include:

Delivering kitchens and related products to customers

Working with a driver''s mate to complete deliveries safely and efficiently

Loading and unloading kitchen units and materials

Completing vehicle checks and delivery paperwork

Providing a high standard of customer service at delivery points

Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and on time

Requirements

Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence

Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card

Comfortable with heavy lifting and manual handling

Good communication and customer service skills
