Class 2 Driver

Manpower is recruiting experienced Class 2 (Category C) Drivers on behalf of a leading global logistics company based in Avonmouth.

The Role
As a Class 2 Driver, you will be delivering kitchen units to residential customers and construction sites across the South West. You''ll work alongside a driver''s mate on many deliveries and provide a professional, friendly service to customers.
Duties include:
- Driving a Class 2 (Category C) vehicle safely and efficiently
- Delivering kitchen units to homes and building sites
- Assisting with home deliveries, including taking items into customers'' properties when required
- Completing daily vehicle checks and ensuring legal compliance
- Managing a multidrop delivery route
- Using handheld scanners and completing delivery paperwork
- Providing excellent customer service at every delivery
What We''re Looking For
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Maximum of 6 penalty points (no DD, DR, CD or IN endorsements)
- Previous multidrop driving experience is advantageous
- Good knowledge of UK roads
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, professional and safety-focused
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
Pay andamp; Benefits
- £17.00 per hour
- Monday to Friday
- 5:30am starts
- Weekly pay
