Job Title: Class 2 Driver
Location: Huthwaite, NG17 6AD
Pay Rate: £14.73 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 5am starts, 50 hours per week
We''re looking for reliable Class 2 Drivers to join our team based in Huthwaite with an immediate start. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate. You''ll be delivering kitchens across the UK.
Our client is a third-party provider of transportation and logistics services that offers a range of services from, Drayage, Global freight forwarding andamp; Full truckload transport. The company is committed to environmental sustainability and works with customers to create action plans to reduce emissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Nationwide delivery of Kitchens
- Manual handling involved - physical fitness required
- Vehicle checks and compliance with driving laws and regulations
- Accurate completion of paperwork and use of digital tacho
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence (Category C)
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- No more than 6 penalty points (No DD, DR, IN, or CD endorsements)
- Good knowledge of UK roads and driving regulations
- Ability to stay overnight on the road (2-3 nights per week)
