This is a great opportunity for reliable and professional drivers looking for consistent work, competitive pay rates and regular shift patterns.THE ROLE 5-on, 3-off shift pattern hour shifts2 3 deliveries/collections per shiftStart times between 01 00 or 08 00Deliveries and collections across London and surrounding areasOccasional work further afield, including Birmingham and ManchesterDriving 18-tonne Class 2 vehiclesVehicles are equipped with tail liftsCarrying out daily vehicle checks before and after shiftsCompleting all relevant delivery paperwork and documentationEnsuring goods are handled and transported safelyMaintaining high standards of vehicle safety and complianceWorking professionally with customers and delivery sitesSome manual handling may be required as part of the role PAY RATESEarly Starts: 01 00 £20.01 per hour basicUp to £30.00 per hour, depending on applicable hours/rates Day Starts: 08 00 £18.00 per hour basicUp to £27.00 per hour, depending on applicable hours/ratesOvertime paid after 9.5 hoursOngoing work availableRegular 5-on, 3-off rota REQUIREMENTSTo be considered for this position, you must have: A valid Class 2 (Category C) HGV licenceValid Driver CPC qualificationValid Digital Tachograph CardMinimum 2 years of previous HGV Class 2 driving experienceA good understanding of drivers'' hours and ..... full job details .....
