Job Title: HGV Class 2 Driver
Location: Normanton, West Yorkshire
Job Type: Temp to Perm (12 weeks)
Pay Rate: £14.78 per hour

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, with start times between 07:00 – 09:00.
Shifts typically last 8–10 hours per day.

Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a dependable HGV Class 2 Driver to join our operation in Normanton, West Yorkshire. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering a permanent role after a successful 12-week period.

The role involves completing bulk collections of various items from multiple locations and returning them to the depot for redistribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out bulk collections efficiently and safely
• Load and unload goods where required
• Return collected items to the depot for redistribution
• Complete all relevant paperwork accurately
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects
• Maintain high standards of safety and professionalism at all times

Requirements:

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph (Digi) Card
• No more than 6 penalty points (no IN, DD, or DR endorsements)
• Good understanding of UK driving laws and regulations
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
