We are currently recruiting Class 2 Dustcart Drivers to join our client''s friendly and professional team based in Letchworth.This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced and newly passed Class 2 drivers looking to gain valuable driving experience while enjoying a great work-life balance with early starts and early finishes.The RoleAs a Class 2 Dustcart Driver, you will be responsible for operating a refuse collection vehicle on planned routes throughout the local area. You will work as part of a 3-person crew, collecting household and commercial waste safely and efficiently while providing an essential service to the community.Key Responsibilities Safely operate a Class 2 (Category C) dustcart vehicle.Complete scheduled waste and recycling collection routes.Work closely with loaders to ensure collections are completed efficiently.Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects.Adhere to all road transport legislation and health and safety procedures.Deliver excellent customer service while representing the company professionally.Ensure all collections are completed within agreed timescales.
